Guideline Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Thane location. The role requires 1–3 years of US or international customer service experience, with an educational background of HSC or above.
Work will follow a 5-day week with two rotational week offs, and shifts may include rotational 24/7 blocks excluding midnight. The position is office-based with no transportation provided by the company.
