Job summary

Xpresso Global in India seeks a Communications Strategist who blends creativity with strategy to craft compelling brand narratives and marketing plans. You will define how brands speak, what they say, and where they say it, building integrated strategies across digital, print, and experiential channels.

Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent storytelling; analyze audience insights and competitors to inform direction; and support pitches with strategic ideas

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate insights into impactful creative direction.
• Strong organizational skills with effective file management, workflow structuring, and time discipline.
• Deep understanding of AI tools for creativity, efficiency, and faster, smarter execution.
