What you need

• 4–6 years of copywriting experience in a creative advertising/digital agency.
• A portfolio that proves your writing skills across formats, platforms, and tones.
• A strong mix of creative thinking and writing craft.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the big idea.
• Bonus points if you can write in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, or any other Indian language, in addition to English.
• Additional bonus if you’re a creator on social media – someone who understands what gets viral, the algorithms behind content, the secret code of thumbnails, etc.
• Ownership to deliver without the need for micromanagement.
• Obsess for the smallest details.
• Eye to understand human behaviour – why people do what they do, what they desire, fear, and obsess over.
