Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop content strategies that align with client goals and resonate with their audience.
• Lead brainstorming sessions - because we want your ideas to be heard!
• Observe and refine: Use data insights to tweak content and amplify its impact.
• Collaborate with teams across functions (Video Editors, Cinematographers, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Design), weaving your content seamlessly into broader campaigns.
• Ensure SEO is on point and has high engagement metrics while crafting irresistible long-form content.
• Create compelling content across platforms that leaves a lasting impression.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation within a digital marketing agency or related field.
• A portfolio that tells your story through successful campaigns and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills: so you can work just as easily with clients as with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity about analyzing data trends and shaping content strategies that reflect audience insights.
• A sharp sense of brand voice and consistency - you know how to strike the right chord in the hearts of the readers every time.
• AI-friendly? That's a definite plus! We love creative collaboration, human and machine alike.
• Strong time management - you meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• A degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field (bonus points if you hold a master’s).
