Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in strategy, digital marketing, or agency-side creative planning.
• Experience on brand campaigns, digital content, or social media storytelling.
• Ability to balance creativity with analytics and use performance data to inform strategy.
• Knowledge of how to position content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Experience briefing creators, copywriters, and video teams effectively.
• Client-facing experience is a plus and staying updated with trends in digital content.

• Understand how to position content differently across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Know how to brief creators, copywriters, and video teams effectively
• Are comfortable presenting and owning rooms, client-facing experience is a plus
• Stay updated with trends, meme culture, and emerging formats in digital content
