Job summary

Gamlaa Bioscapes is seeking a creative Senior Content Lead to drive the brand’s storytelling across digital platforms, social media, internal communication, client-facing collaterals, and leadership communication.

This role will translate Gamlaa’s work in biophilic design, workplace greenery, and nature-led experiences into compelling narratives that build brand visibility, audience engagement, and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall content strategy across brand, marketing, social, website, campaigns, internal comms, and business collaterals.
• Build a strong, consistent brand voice reflecting Gamlaa’s identity and leadership in biophilic design.
• Create and oversee content for social media, websites, blogs, case studies, decks, brochures and emailers.
• Develop narratives around projects, client impact, design philosophy, sustainability and innovation.
• Collaborate with leadership, design, sales, HR and business teams to align content with brand and client engagement.
• Own leadership communications including keynote narratives, LinkedIn thought leadership, founder messaging and announcements.
• Review and refine outputs for clarity, quality, and brand consistency.
• Manage content calendars, campaign messaging and workflows for timely delivery across channels.

Role Overview

Gamlaa is looking for a creative and strategic Senior Content Lead to drive the brand’s storytelling across digital platforms, social media, internal communication, client-facing collaterals, and leadership communication. This role will translate Gamlaa’s work in biophilic design, workplace greenery, and nature-led experiences into compelling narratives that build brand visibility, audience engagement, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall content strategy for Gamlaa across brand, marketing, social, website, campaigns, internal communication, and business collaterals.
• Build a strong and consistent brand voice that reflects Gamlaa’s identity, values, and leadership in biophilic design and workplace nature experiences.
• Create and oversee high-quality content for social media, website pages, blogs, case studies, presentations, pitch decks, brochures, emailers, and thought-leadership pieces.
• Develop compelling narratives around projects, client impact, design philosophy, sustainability, and innovation to strengthen brand positioning.
• Partner closely with leadership, design, sales, HR, and business teams to create content that supports brand building, client engagement, and internal alignment.
• Own leadership communication including keynote narratives, LinkedIn thought leadership, founder messaging, opinion pieces, and strategic announcements.
• Review, edit, and refine all key content outputs to ensure clarity, quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Manage content calendars, campaign messaging, and content workflows to ensure timely delivery across channels and stakeholders.
• Use data and content performance insights to optimize messaging, formats, and channel effectiveness.
• Stay current on trends in storytelling, design communication, sustainability narratives, workplace experience, and digital content formats.
