Job summary

Gamlaa Bioscapes in India seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities across multiple sites, ensuring service quality and timely execution. You will lead a small team of Executives and field staff, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with vendors to deliver projects.

The role requires 2–5 years in operations with a background in horticulture or facilities management, plus strong Excel reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in horticulture, landscaping, or facility management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good client handling and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of horticulture operations and plant maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple sites ensuring service quality and timely execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as primary contact for operational matters.
• Supervise a team of 2–3 Executives and 15–20 field staff.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure maintenance, service standards, and issue resolution.
• Monitor plant health and ensure timely replacement with cost control measures.
• Track and manage replacement costing and operational expenses.
• Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and reporting systems.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement operational efficiencies.
