Job summary

Makse Group seeks an experienced Workday Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations for clients in India. You will design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions, while mentoring junior consultants and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Candidates should have 3-5 years in technology consulting focused on Workday, with strong leadership and excellent communication to engage senior stakeholders. The role is based in Gurugram with a client-facing, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations for clients, from discovery through to deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions tailored to their needs.
• Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices and technical problem-solving.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, drive root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Provide high-level advice on process improvements and system optimizations to senior business leaders.

Experience, Academic Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing projects and teams.
• Expertise in Workday and its applications, with a deep understanding of HR systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at the senior executive level.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, specifically with Workday.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
