Job summary

Mivada in Hyderabad is hiring a Workday Finance Consultant/Senior Consultant to deliver client-focused Workday or ERP implementations. You will partner with clients, PMs, and offshore teams to support end-to-end implementations and ensure solutions align with business needs.

You’ll design solutions, support key decisions, and help deliver high-quality Workday Finance outcomes while troubleshooting issues and driving best practices in delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 5+ years in finance systems, ERP implementations or tech consulting.
• Experience with Workday Finance or similar ERP is a plus.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Clear communication, attention to detail, proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

Job description

We’re looking for a Workday Finance Consultant / Senior Consultant who is collaborative, delivery-focused, and motivated to deepen their consulting expertise, with experience delivering Workday or ERP implementations. This is an exciting opportunity to work across functional workstreams while delivering high-quality, client-focused outcomes.

You’ll partner with clients, project managers, and offshore teams to support end-to-end implementations, ensuring solutions align with business needs. Drawing on your experience, you’ll contribute to solution design, support key decisions, and help deliver effective Workday Finance outcomes.

You’ll also play an important role in troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to problem-solving, helping drive best-practice outcomes for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, engaging with stakeholders, and continuing to build your expertise in Workday and consulting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate Workday functional workstreams across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and delivery progress
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system design
• Work alongside the Project Manager to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to drive outcomes, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
• Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and quality, proactively identifying and addressing issues
• Lead or contribute to design sessions, testing activities, and process validation to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, applying strong analytical skills to drive effective problem-solving
• Clarify requirements, align priorities, and ensure clear documentation across the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience (min 5 + years) in finance systems, ERP implementations, or technology consulting
• Advantageous - Workday Finance or similar ERP systems implementations experience
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in facilitating discussions and engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate outcomes
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to take ownership, solve problems, and contribute to delivery success
