Job summary

Withum India seeks a financial due diligence analyst to support transactions in Bengaluru. You will perform due diligence procedures, assess risks, and help translate complex financial data into actionable insights for buyers and deal teams.

You will prepare pro forma financials, analyze balance sheets, and contribute to negotiations and purchase agreements while staying aligned with market practices and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA or MBA in Finance with 1–3 years of experience.
• Experience in FDD/external audit or M&A transactions, or in financial planning/analysis and statutory accounting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Requirements

• CPA/Chartered Accountancy degree or MBA in Finance from a premier institute with 1-3 years of experience
• Relevant experience in FDD/ external audit working with a public accounting firm and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience or experience in the field of financial planning and analysis and statutory accounting
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
