Job summary

The Associate will play a key role in supporting Baker Tilly’s mission to deliver exceptional client service and strategic insights. This position involves assisting clients with buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions as part of the Investment Banking team.

Key responsibilities include industry studies, preparing reports, computing trading comps and precedent transactions comps, building and analyzing financial models, and preparing valuation models with potential buyers or sellers contact

Qualifications

• Fresher level candidates accepted; CA or MBA preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and financial analysis abilities.
• Experience in IB or M&A knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry studies and prepare reports.
• Compute trading comps and precedent transaction comps.
• Study, build and analyze various business and financial models.
• Prepare valuation models.
• Prepare lists of potential sellers and buyers.
• Contact industry players for potential global M&A opportunities.

The Associate will play a key role in supporting Baker Tilly’s mission to deliver exceptional client service and strategic insights . This position involves assisting clients with buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions as part of the Investment Banking team.

Qualification:

• Qualified chartered accountantsor an MBA from a reputed collegewith experience inIBand having good knowledge ofpreparation of information memorandum / financial modelling / valuation.
  
• Work experience of minimum2-4years post qualificationin IB firms / Big4 / KPO preferred.
