Responsibilities

• Transaction Databooks/Workbooks – Delivered with precision, minimal rework, and full compliance with firm standards
• Deal Team Collaboration – Trusted contributor on live deals, mentoring junior team members and ensuring consistent delivery
• FDD Reporting – Drafted key sections: Background, Points of Interest, QoE adjustments, Summary Financials, and Exhibits
• Financial Analyses – Skilled in Net Working Capital, Debt/Debt-like analysis, and complex adjustments
• Management Discussions – Prepared decks, led sections in calls, and managed client communications
• Digital Tools – Leveraged Alteryx, Power BI, and other platforms for enhanced speed and data accuracy.

Required Skills

• 7 + Years of relevant experience from BIG 4 / Consulting & Advisory firm or equivalent experience into Financial Due Diligence.
