Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of SAP TM project experience.
• Experience in at least 1 end‑to‑end Transportation implementation project.
• Understanding of Transportation Management business environments.
• Experience in creating business solution documents and design specs.
• Experience with cut‑over and UAT activities.
• Exposure to SAP SD/LES and TM technical objects is advantageous.
• TM Certified associate preferred.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all phases of SAP TM implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, identify gaps, and configure SAP TM modules according to business requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and usability.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of SAP TM project experience.
• Minimum of 1 end‑to‑end Transportation implementation project with a hands‑on role.
• Understanding of Transportation Management business environments of shippers, retailers and/or logistics service providers.
• Hands‑on experience in preparing business solution documents (AS‑IS, To‑be) process flow design, and functional specifications.
• Hands‑on experience in cut‑over activity and UAT activity.
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and/or LES (Logistics Execution and Services) expertise is very beneficial.
• Exposure to SAP EM, EWM/WM is an added advantage; should have an understanding of TM technical objects (BOBT).
• TM Certified associate preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all team members and clients.
