SCM YUGA is hiring an experienced SAP TM Solution Architect for a full‑time remote role. You will lead end‑to‑end SAP Transportation Management implementations — from solution design and system configuration to custom development, integrations, and stakeholder management. This is a senior, client‑facing position that spans global projects and includes pre‑sales support. If you bring 10+ years of SAP experience, deep SAP TM functional and technical expertise, and a track record of delivering scalable logistics solutions, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP TM implementation expertise
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on SAP TM project experience (Embedded or Standalone)
• Minimum 2 end‑to‑end SAP TM implementations in a senior/lead role
• Deep knowledge of SAP TM: Freight Order Mgmt, Carrier Tendering, Charge Management, Output Management
• Strong technical understanding of BOPF, PPF, BRF+, Fiori, and SAP enhancements
• Integration expertise using APIs, IDocs, PI/PO, CPI, and Web Services
• Experience with Shipper, Freight Forwarder, or Logistics Service Provider environments
• Hands‑on experience with AS‑IS/To‑Be process design and functional specifications
• Understanding of SAP TM business objects and basic ABAP debugging skills
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead SAP TM solution architecture, design, and end‑to‑end delivery
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP TM solutions
• Configure SAP TM processes: Freight Order Management, Planning & Optimization, Carrier Selection, Tendering, and Charge Settlement
• Design and implement Ocean, Air, and Road transportation processes
• Architect integrations with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, GTT/EM, GTS, and third‑party logistics platforms
• Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments, APIs, and system interfaces
• Support pre‑sales activities including solutioning, demos, estimation, and client presentations
• Lead workshops, UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare phases
• Mentor functional and development team members on SAP TM best practices
• Stay current on SAP TM releases, new features, and logistics industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP TM Certification (TM Associate or Professional)
• Experience with SAP GTT / Event Management integration
• Exposure to SAP EWM, WM, EM, SD, or LES modules
• Experience in global SAP implementation projects
