As a Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end SAP TM solutions to our clients. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP TM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough requirement analysis and gap identification for Transportation Management processes.
• Design and configure SAP TM solutions, considering client-specific needs and industry best practices.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and support, to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions, empowering clients to utilize SAP TM effectively.
• Document and maintain project artifacts, ensuring knowledge retention and easy reference.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP TM functionalities and industry trends, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic advice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP TM implementations, with a strong focus on Transportation Management.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP TM.
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end project deliveries in a consulting environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry-specific transportation management practices is an advantage.
• Certifications in SAP TM and/or S/4HANA are highly preferred.
• Experience in leading and mentoring project teams is desirable.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedures, practicing them for protection of organizational data and Information Systems.
• Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
• Report all suspected security and policy breaches to the InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
