Job summary

TTEC Digital is ramping up its Salesforce practice in Hyderabad, India. We seek a Senior Consultant who will serve as a technical lead across pre-sales, solutioning and implementation.

The candidate will mentor team members and coordinate multi-dimension projects within an agile environment. Ideal candidates have 8-12 years of Salesforce experience, strong design and development skills (Apex, Visualforce, APIs, Lightning) and a proven track record in Sales/Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with expert-level understanding of Salesforce platform (Implementation Consulting, Design, Configuration, Development and support)
• Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud. Administration/Configuration, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, data loader, Lightning.
• Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer 1 & 2 is desired.
• Experience with Agile methodology and running scrum forums.
• Strong communication and time-management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation with clients on product functionality and system architecture.
• Perform gap fitment analysis, propose architecture, review technical solutions, estimate and plan delivery.
• Review technical designs, integrations, development, configuration, and documentation as required.
• Translate designs to junior team members and monitor their progress and delivery.
• Monitor and review solution delivery post-implementation.

Job Expectations:

TTEC digital is ramping up SalesForce practice in Hyderabad, India. As a Senior Consultant with our Salesforce practice, the candidate will be a senior practitioner who will play a technical lead role. This role requires multi dimensions of expertise, which includes pre-sales capability, Technical Solutioning and implementation, coaching and mentoring team members.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Able to do requirements elicitation discussions with clients on product functionality and system architecture.
• Able to perform gap fitment analysis, propose architecture design, review technical and functional solutions, estimation and planning of project delivery.
• Provide critical review on technical design, integration, development, configuration, customization, and document as required.
• Able to interpret and translate the design, configuration, development, integration, migration and administration components of the solution to the junior team member and monitor their development.
• Monitor and review the delivery of solution post development.
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to support on-going project development.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political and geographic environments.
• Ability to multitask. Work on multiple projects and deliver results.

Eligibility and Required Skills:

• Engineering graduate with proven track record in software engineering.
• 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with expert level understanding of Salesforce platform (Implementation Consulting, Design, Configuration, Development and support)
• Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service cloud, Marketing cloud. Administration/Configuration, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, data loader, Lightning.
• Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer 1 & 2 certifications is desired.
• Experience with Agile methodology and running scrum forums.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to "go the extra mile".
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven time management skills in a fast-paced dynamic development environment.
