Job summary

TTEC Digital in Hyderabad is seeking a Principal Consultant - Salesforce to join as a senior individual contributor responsible for technical solutioning, client engagement, delivery, Scrum Master activities, mentoring, and pre-sales support.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, ownership of complex workstreams, and the ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate or equivalent technical qualification.
• 10-15+ years of Salesforce experience with strong implementation and consulting expertise.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, development, integration, and migration.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred; additional certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions for requirements gathering, solutioning, architecture, and technical design.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and review Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, migrations.
• Provide technical expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and Data Loader.
• Act as senior technical contact for clients and manage discussions, risks, and dependencies.
• Scrum Master responsibilities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives.
• Own assigned technical workstreams and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities, including discovery, solution presentations, RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and proposals.

As a Principal Consultant - Salesforce, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for technical solutioning, client engagement, delivery, Scrum Master activities, technical mentoring, and pre-sales support.

This role is one level above Senior Consultant and requires strong Salesforce expertise, independent ownership of complex workstreams, and the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions for requirements gathering, solutioning, architecture, and technical design.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and review Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, migrations, and technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and Data Loader.
• Act as a senior technical point of contact for clients and manage technical discussions, expectations, risks, and dependencies.
• Perform Scrum Master responsibilities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and impediment tracking.
• Own assigned technical workstreams and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Review technical deliverables and provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex Salesforce issues.
• Support pre-sales activities, including discovery, solution presentations, RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and technical proposals.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to Salesforce best practices, reusable assets, and knowledge sharing.

Eligibility & Required Skills

• Engineering graduate or equivalent technical qualification.
• 10-15+ years of Salesforce experience with strong implementation and consulting expertise.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, development, integration, and migration.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and Data Loader.
• Experience in client-facing consulting, technical solutioning, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Strong technical mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred; additional Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
• Pre-sales/RFP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
