Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global client service teams in the following areas:
  • Capital markets and SPAC transactions
  • SEC/SEBI Reporting and Compliance
  • Financial Accounting and Reporting
  • Transaction accounting - acquisitions, carve-outs, restructuring
  • Accounting change (revenue recognition and lease accounting)
  • Accounting policy manuals and technical accounting memorandums
  • Organizing and providing technical training
• Lead a team of Associates and Seniors on client engagements and provide high quality delivery
• People and performance management
• Conduct trainings for team members on accounting and reporting concepts

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)
• 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience in auditing, accounting, or financial reporting, with at least 2 years of advisory experience preferably with a Big 4
• Expert knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and Ind‑AS
• Extensive experience in the following areas:
  • Financial statement preparation and consolidation process
  • Technical accounting advisory on complex topics (e.g., business combinations, consolidation, debt/equity etc.)
  • GAAP conversions and adoption of new accounting standards
  • Drafting accounting policies and writing technical memorandums
