• Serve as the liaison between Business Users and IT for global trade, providing functional consulting.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager the resource will be responsible for:

• Manage assigned projects independently in accordance with the objectives of the Sponsor
• Drive and unite contributors of the mission for achieving the objective
• Provide permanent control on the deliverable by managing the associated risks and challenges
• Ensure the deliverables are achieved as per the agreed objectives
• Work on 1 or more project at the same-time based on the available capacity
• Assigned project(s) can be standalone or be part of a programme
• Can be of similar nature having medium to high complexity, impact & criticality
• Responsible for deploying the Project Management framework and other Business Transformation Frameworks within their project
• Serve as the relationship linkage between the Business Users and IT team for Trade Globally & Provide Functional Consulting based on the past experience/in-depth knowledge of the business, business requirements analysis and IT processes.
• Ability to Articulate the user needs & to pay close attention on all risks and provide better solution to counterparts

Profile required

• 10+ years in IT environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with customer needs
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with excellent communication
• Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams
• Knowledge on Agile practices
• Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle and PM/BA best practices
• Proven Project management skills and experience having ability to deliver fixed & innovative assignments
• Expertise in the delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes – a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes
• Analytical mindset to be able to navigate through complex projects
• Stakeholder management experience, especially around running project governance
• Demonstrate strong cooperation and team spirit to work efficiently with all departments
• Client orientation mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in implementation, change management and benefits realization
