Job summary

KNOLSKAPE Solutions Pvt. Ltd in Bengaluru is looking for a Learning & Development professional with over 8 years of experience. You will assess learning needs, design educational solutions, and provide integrated consulting to clients.

Qualifications

Job description

• Client connects to understand the learning need

• Ability to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client requirements

• Designing of learning solution journeys in line with the client requirement

• Provide high level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing our solutions.

• Leading the project management for projects in scope

• Demonstrating thought leadership

Role Requirements:

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Strong internal and external client service orientation

• Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of KNOLSKAPE’s technology products and solutions.

• Travel would be occasional
