Job summary

KNOLSKAPE is seeking an experienced L&D Consultant to lead learning and development engagements for corporate clients. You will design, pitch, and implement learning solutions, and manage projects from scoping through delivery while partnering with clients to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of L&D frameworks, behavioral and psychometric assessments, and digital learning. Travel may be occasional, and you will collaborate with a global team to scale experiential

Qualifications

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in Learning and Development.
• Strong client service orientation, internal and external.
• Knowledge of KNOLSKAPE’s technology products and solutions; travel occasional.

Responsibilities

• Understand client learning needs and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership).

Role Description

• Client connects to understand the learning need
• Ability to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client requirements
• Designing of learning solution journeys in line with the client requirements. Provide high-level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing our solutions.
• Leading the project management for projects in scope
• Demonstrating thought leadership

Qualification

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a Learning & Development role
• Knowledge of established L&D frameworks, solutions, and theories.
• Awareness and exposure to assessments - behavioural, knowledge-based, psychometric and others
• Knowledge of Digital learning
• Willingness to learn, unlearn, and re-learn.
• Demonstrating the capabilities of a builder
• Being agile and working on making both the internal and external stakeholders successful
