Job summary

Happy Reliable Surgeries in India seeks a technically skilled professional to support surgeries, install medical devices at customer sites, and troubleshoot equipment. The role includes training hospital staff and surgeons, plus on-field software support and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Candidates should be comfortable working in an operation theatre environment, and willing to travel PAN India and abroad as required by projects and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and basics of electronics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for surgeons, OT staff and colleagues.
• Willing to travel PAN India and abroad and work in an operation theatre environment.

Responsibilities

• Surgery support (Demo & post sales).
• Installation of medical devices at the customer end.
• Troubleshooting medical equipment.
• Training of Medical Devices to Hospital staff and Surgeons.
• Software troubleshooting during on-field assistance.
• Maintaining relationships with Neurosurgeons, KOLs and other stakeholders.
• AMC / CMC and service procedures.
• Demo Inventory management and timely report to head office.

• Able to work in an operation theatre environment with the OR staff. He/she should be flexible to travel PAN India and Abroad.
