Job summary

You will source potential corporates, institutions, and startups, conduct market research, and tailor proposals with internal teams. Excellent communication and a target-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 to 5 years of experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential clients (corporates, institutions, startups) requiring learning delivery services.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, cold outreach, and digital channels.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for training and L&D solutions.
• Understand client needs and align them with relevant learning offerings (e.g., leadership training, upskilling, e-learning).
• Collaborate with internal learning delivery and instructional design teams to create tailored proposals.
• Schedule meetings, pitch solutions, and support the closure of deals.
• Maintain CRM data and track client interactions and progress.
• Monitor market trends in L&D, corporate training, and talent development.
• Strong understanding of corporate learning, training services, or edtech landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
