• Ensure the store environment is elegant, welcoming, and inspiring.
• Cultivate a deeply personalised client experience blending hospitality, education, and styling.
• Coordinate in-store events and styling sessions with the brand team.
• Report store performance and glean customer insights.
• Assist customers in jewellery selection and purchase journey.
• Build and maintain client relationships, handling inquiries professionally.
• Post-purchase communications to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the wider team to refine store processes and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the store environment is elegant, welcoming, and inspiring.
• Cultivate a deeply personalised client experience that blends hospitality, education, and styling.
• In-store events and styling sessions in collaboration with the brand team.

• Assisting customers in their jewellery selection and purchase journey.

• Work with the larger Tamannaah Fine Jewellery team to define and refine store processes and standard operating procedures
