Job summary

AdaniConneX seeks a Lead Civil & Structural Execution Manager to oversee the Data Center civil package from planning to delivery. You will ensure safe, timely, and budget-aligned construction on site, coordinating with architects, surveyors and other professionals to drive project success.

Required BE Civil with construction execution background and 12–14 years’ experience in data center, commercial or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil construction work on site to meet project objectives, specs, standards, codes and regulations.
• Review and approve drawings, specs and technical docs for civil/structural/architectural work.
• Provide full-time on-site inspection of progress and quality per contract documents.
• Ensure safety standards align with HSE policy through site risk assessments.
• Plan resources, costs, materials and machinery for multiple projects.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules and progress updates to meet milestones.
• Lead site meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address queries.
• Coordinate with vendors, architects and contractors to ensure timing and deadlines.
• Apply cost-effective engineering solutions and value-added optimization.

Job description

Lead Civil & Structural execution manager will be responsible for taking care of the Data Center civil execution package, ensuring that a building project is completed safely, within an agreed timeframe and budget. Managing the practical side of every stage of the build, He will work closely with architects, surveyors and other building professionals in planning and delivery.

Qualification: BE Civil (from Construction execution background only)

Exp: 12 years to 14 Years

Key Responsibility

• Responsible for all the Civil construction work on site to ensure compliance with the project objectives, specifications, standards, codes and local regulations.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications and technical documents for all civil, structural design and architectural related work.
• Provide technical, full-time, on-site inspection of the progress and quality of the construction work performed and that it is completed in accordance with the Contract Documents.
• Conducts regular surveillance and inspection of the work, monitor the implementation of the Vendors quality control program and coordinate field sampling and testing for verification of quality results as needed.
• Overall planning and monitoring of resources, cost, material and machinery for various construction projects.
• Managing project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within the scope, time and cost parameters.
• Providing the site team with the required look ahead schedule and progress update in order to meet the project schedule and planned milestones.
• Conducts site meetings with various site personnel and contractors, peer representatives to update them on progress of construction and respond to queries.
• Conduct risk assessment of the construction work and construction site and ensure safety standards are in line with company HSE policy.
• Conducts optimization, feasibility and preliminary costing estimates for project modification and enhancements when necessary.
• Ensure that state-of-the-art technology is applied throughout the engineering phase for cost effective solutions and application of value added engineering throughout the assigned works.
• Ramp up projects in close coordination with various project personnel, vendors, architects, consultants & other external agencies to ensure time bound deadlines.
