Job summary

Tuv is seeking a seasoned Project Head for a large-scale Data Center project in Navi Mumbai. You will lead end-to-end planning, civil, structural and MEP coordination, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.

The candidate should have extensive experience in data center construction, multidisciplinary coordination, and project controls. Immediate availability preferred for this senior role.

Qualifications

• 20-25 years of experience in construction and project management.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Data Center / Mission-Critical Projects is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in managing large-scale civil, structural and MEP-integrated projects.
• Good understanding of data center construction, critical infrastructure and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, quality and safety management.
• Experience in contractor, consultant, client and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of testing, commissioning and project handover processes.
• Ability to manage large project teams and multiple contractors simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project controls, contracts, risk management and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, execution and delivery of the Data Center Project.
• Manage civil, structural, architectural and multidisciplinary construction activities.
• Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, BMS, EMS, ELV and other MEP teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, construction schedules and plans.
• Monitor milestones, manpower, resources, procurement and contractor performance.
• Ensure project completion within scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Lead coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor progress against schedule.
• Identify risks, delays and mitigation plans; resolve issues.
• Ensure QA/QC, EHS and safety compliance for the project.
• Review method statements, ITPs, submittals, RFIs and docs.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, handover and O&M documentation.
• Monitor NCRs, punch points and snag lists closure.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

Job Summary

• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, construction schedules and project execution plans.
• Monitor project milestones, manpower, resources, procurement and contractor performance.
• Ensure project completion within approved scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Lead coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor progress against the master schedule.
• Identify project risks, delays and execution challenges and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, EHS and project-specific safety requirements.
• Review method statements, ITPs, technical submittals, RFIs and construction documentation.
• Resolve technical, coordination and site execution issues.
• Monitor project cost, billing, variation orders, claims and commercial matters.
• Ensure proper coordination between civil works and critical MEP infrastructure.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, integrated system testing and final handover activities.
• Monitor closure of observations, NCRs, punch points and snag lists.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Lead, mentor and manage project managers, engineers and site teams.
• Ensure completion of as-built drawings, O&M documents and project handover documentation.

Required Candidate Profile

• 20-25 years of experience in construction and project management.
