Job summary

Express Builders is seeking a civil site execution professional in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh to manage execution of civil works, planning, resource coordination and quality assurance across project sites.

The role involves coordinating teams, reviewing drawings and quantities, ensuring timely delivery, and liaising with suppliers to secure materials and favorable contracts. A strong focus on safety, cost control and on-site problem solving is expected.

Responsibilities

• Execution of all civil related works of the project, checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Planning the work and effectively organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet timelines.
• Monitoring construction field, team handling and labour handling.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
