Role Description

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for leading and overseeing civil engineering activities on residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior projects from concept through completion. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and developing civil engineering designs, coordinating with architects and project managers, preparing and monitoring project plans, and ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. The role involves supervising site engineers and contractors, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, and optimizing structural, stormwater, and infrastructure solutions to meet project requirements. The Senior Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality, timelines, and budgets while supporting client communication as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to lead and review complex structural and infrastructure plans.
• Experience guiding and mentoring Civil Engineers, managing site teams, and coordinating with architects and contractors for seamless project execution.
• Proficiency in Planning and project scheduling, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk mitigation for multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and related drainage, grading, and infrastructure design to meet regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a master’s degree or specialization in structural or environmental engineering is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience (typically 7+ years) in building construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, and proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, structural analysis tools, and project management software).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the
