Job summary

Prosper Overseas in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Career Architect to guide students through overseas education journeys, mentor junior team members, and drive registrations and revenue. You will be responsible for counselling, country/university selection, visa guidance, and maintaining high-quality documentation.

The role requires 3-7 years of counselling experience, strong English, leadership skills, CRM knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• A. Student Counselling Career Guidance: Conduct comprehensive career counselling sessions and assess students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, financial situations, and long-term goals.
• B. Sales Business Development: Handle walk-in, telephonic, online, and video counselling; convert enquiries into registrations; achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• C. Admissions Visa Process: Guide students through application prep and submission; review documentation; coordinate with universities and processing teams.
• D. Team Mentoring Leadership: Mentor junior Career Architects; share best practices; assist onboarding and training.
• E. CRM Operational Excellence: Maintain CRM records; ensure timely follow-ups; utilize AI tools to improve efficiency.
• F. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on university requirements and policies; complete Prosper Learning Academy certifications.

Key Responsibilities

A. Student Counselling Career Guidance

• Conduct comprehensive career counselling sessions.
• Understand students academic backgrounds, career aspirations, financial situations, and long-term goals.
• Recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.
• Provide ethical, student-first guidance throughout the admission journey.
• Build trust with students and parents through professional consultation.

B. Sales Business Development

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, online, and video counselling.
• Convert enquiries into successful registrations.
• Consistently achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maximize conversions through effective follow-up and relationship management.
• Promote additional overseas education services wherever appropriate.

C. Admissions Visa Process

• Guide students through application preparation and submission.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with partner universities and internal processing teams.
• Ensure smooth admission, offer letter, and visa application processes.
• Maintain high-quality documentation standards.

D. Team Mentoring Leadership

• Mentor and support junior Career Architects.
• Share counselling best practices and product knowledge.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Maintain counselling quality standards across the team.
• Encourage a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.

E. CRM Operational Excellence

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion.
• Utilize AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Adhere to internal processes, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

F. Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with changing university requirements, immigration policies, scholarships, and market trends.
• Complete Prosper Learning Academy certifications.
• Participate in advanced product, counselling, and leadership training programs.
