Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Lead Analytics Developer to drive enterprise BI initiatives from Bengaluru. The role requires deep Tableau expertise, strong SQL skills, and leadership to mentor BI teams.

You will translate business needs into scalable dashboards and KPIs, and collaborate with data engineers on scalable reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will design enterprise BI architectures, governance standards, and modernize analytics by evaluating new tools in cloud data platforms,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BI experience.
• 6+ years of Tableau Development.
• Strong SQL expertise.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses.
• Experience leading BI teams or enterprise analytics initiatives.
• Experience with Sigma Computing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
