Scope of the Role

The Deputy Region Head will support the Region Head in driving regional growth, supply expansion, operational performance, and team management. The role will focus on execution of regional strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist the Region Head in executing regional business strategies to achieve supply growth, revenue targets, and profitability goals.
• Support home acquisition and supply expansion initiatives by identifying potential markets, property partners, and opportunities.
• Monitor regional performance metrics, including occupancy, revenue, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of regional objectives.
• Manage day-to-day regional operations and ensure smooth functioning of teams across multiple locations.
• Support in stakeholder management, including homeowners, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist in team leadership and people management, including mentoring team members and ensuring accountability.
• Track budgets, cost management, and performance reports for the region and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Step in to represent the Region Head in internal meetings or operational decisions when required.
• Ensure high service standards and operational consistency across all homes in the region.
