Job summary

NoBrokerHood, part of NoBroker Technologies Pvt. Ltd., invites applications for a Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) in Hyderabad to lead BTL campaigns and manage a 45-member field team. You will build relationships with RWAs, secure permissions, and drive campaign success in a fast-paced setting.

You will plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver timely reports using Excel dashboards. Must reside in Hyderabad and speak the local language.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Business Development, BTL Marketing, Field Sales, or Campaign Management.
• Experience managing field teams.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as lift/gate branding, flea markets, canopy activations, door-to-door sampling, and society campaigns.
• Lead and manage a team of 45 Business Executives.
• Build relationships with RWAs, secure permissions, and negotiate effectively.
• Develop and manage local vendor partnerships for campaign execution.
• Ensure smooth operations, logistics, and timely campaign delivery.
• Track campaign performance, prepare Excel dashboards, and share reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and resolve stakeholder/client escalations.
• Build strong relationships with RWAs and local communities.
