Job summary

NoBrokerHoodHood, a part of NoBroker Technologies Pvt. Ltd., invites applications for a Business Executive – Monetization in Pune.

You will onboard brands and run advertising campaigns across residential societies, driving revenue and ensuring client satisfaction. Identify new brands, build a strong sales pipeline, and coordinate with vendors and society management to execute campaigns end-to-end, including banners, lift branding, standees, and sampling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, advertising, BTL, or activations.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong coordination and execution abilities.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
• Willingness to travel and conduct regular society visits.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Business Executive – Monetization, you will be responsible for generating revenue by onboarding brands and executing advertising campaigns across residential societies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new brands for advertising campaigns.
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and plan campaigns accordingly.
• Manage end-to-end execution of on-ground activities such as gate banners, lift branding, standees, floor mats, and sampling.
