Job summary

CarePal Group is seeking a Business Development Associate – Field Sales in Ahmedabad to expand our network of healthcare partners. You will build relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centres, onboard partners, and generate patient loan referrals by presenting loan and crowdfunding options.

You will visit partners regularly, track leads and conversions, and support the application/documentation process while maintaining a target-driven approach and strong communication

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–5 years of field sales experience in healthcare, fintech, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• English and Hindi proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centres.

• Interact with patients and help them understand loan/crowdfunding options.
• Generate leads and support the application/documentation process.

Requirements:

• Graduate
• 1–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, healthcare, fintech, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• English & Hindi mandatory.
• Comfortable with regular local travel.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
