• Facilitates and actively participate in all phases of the business process enablement life cycle
• Guides the successful completion of major programs or projects; acts as a project lead
• Take a hands-on approach to support troubleshooting complex process, functional, and application issues and manage these through to resolution
• Develops requirements and facilitates creation of user stories for complex technology and business initiatives
• Applies advanced skills to analyze and establish one or more approaches; evaluates alternatives
• Ensures nominated approaches fulfill business objectives, resolves problem statements
• Prepares impact analyses and conducts feasibility studies on highly complex technology and business initiatives
• Examines detail, classifies, and breaks down information into constituent parts
• Conducts inspections to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures

Position Overview

The Senior Business Analyst Enterprise Applications collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of key Enterprise Applications are driving value and efficiency for the organization. Under consultative direction, the role looks for opportunities to apply technology to optimize business processes in support of the company’s strategic growth objectives.

• Facilitates and actively participate in all phases of the business process enablement life cycle
• Guides the successful completion of major programs or projects. Generally, acts as a project lead, but may manage as needed.
• Take a hands-on approach to support troubleshooting complex process, functional, and application issues and manage these through to resolution.
• Applies advanced technical principles; theories and concepts; and a high level of creativity in identifying and defining business needs for complex business initiatives. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
• Develops requirements and facilitates creation of user stories for complex technology and business initiatives.
• Applies a wide application of concepts, principles, and practices to the analytical process, working from an enterprise perspective.
• Evaluates alternative solutions to determine if requirements are met and communicates implications.
• Applies advanced skills to analyze and establish one or more approaches. Evaluates alternatives and explores the adaptation of policies, procedures, standards, techniques, and technology to meet specific needs and provide for the best solution.
• Ensures nominated approaches fulfill business objectives, resolves problem statements.
• Prepares impact analyses and conducts feasibility studies on highly complex technology and business initiatives.
• Examines detail, classifies, and breaks down information into constituent parts.
• Conducts inspections to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Technology related field or relevant experience
• 10+ years' experience in related field with demonstrated hands on experience developing business relationships and driving business transformation efforts.
• 5+ years experience supporting / configuring ERP and / or CRM and / or intelligent automation systems.
• A strong analytical approach to business process design with emphasis on cross-functional interdependencies and efficiencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
• Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.
