Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and requirements for process improvement initiatives. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and business growth. Maintain documentation of processes, improvements, and performance metrics to support transparency and accountability.
