Job summary

Corpay is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to generate insights, reporting, and performance frameworks that drive data-driven decisions across Airline Operations. You will partner with Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and BPO teams to transform data into actionable insights improving performance and service quality.

You will support continuous improvement, provide leadership with visibility into trends and risks, and influence multi-regional outcomes through robust analytics and dashboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 2–4+ years experience in Operations Analytics, Business Analysis, or Performance Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or DOMO.
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational acumen with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, generate, and maintain operational reports and analytics.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and KPIs covering productivity and cost.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and risks.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and support MBRs.

Your role

What We Need We are looking for an analytical and business-focused Operations Business Analyst to generate insights, reporting, and performance frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making across Airline Operations. In this role, you will partner with Operations Managers, IT, Finance, HR Vendor/BPO teams, and other stakeholders to transform operational and financial data into actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency, scalability, and service quality.

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and providing leadership with clear visibility into operational trends, risks, and business outcomes across a multi-regional environment.

You'll leverage modern BI tools, analytics, and automation to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and support strategic business decisions.

Role Responsibilities

Analytics & Insights

• Develop, generate, and maintain operational reports and analytics that support operational excellence initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports covering productivity, quality, cost, customer outcomes, and operational performance.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and regional teams.
• Deliver recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and support Monthly Business Reviews with accurate, insight-driven data.

Operational Excellence

• Partner with Operations leaders to define performance metrics and measure the success of improvement initiatives.
• Support process improvement, automation, and standardization projects through data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and enhance performance measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify reporting processes while improving data quality, reliability, and scalability.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, Finance, HR Vendor, and BPO teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
• Support data governance, documentation, and reporting best practices across operations.
• Work closely with Finance and invoicing teams to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 2–4+ years of experience in Operations Analytics, Business Analysis, or Performance Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI, DOMO, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational acumen with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience leveraging AI tools, prompts, and automation to improve reporting and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the travel or airline operations industry.
• Exposure to international or multi-region operational environments.
• Experience supporting operational excellence, process optimization, and business performance initiatives.
