Job summary

Airbase by Paylocity is seeking a NetSuite developer to design, implement, and optimize NetSuite solutions. You will interface with business users, analyze requirements, and deliver modifications across modules while ensuring quality through unit tests and clear documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years of NetSuite development experience, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScript 2.0.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• SuiteCloud Developer II Certification desired.
• 3–5 years of experience implementing and developing with NetSuite

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and design for program changes to meet user stories and requirements.
• Acquire and apply basic business knowledge to support application design and configuration.
• Make complex modifications to existing software applications, modules, and platforms in accordance with high‑level specifications, application support, and industry standards.
• Plan, document, and execute unit test plans to ensure completed code meets defined success criteria.
• Deploy, monitor, and support software releases during iterative development cycles.
• Provide documentation to support code changes.
• Comply with and contribute to standards and procedures to ensure consistency in programming standards and change management.
• Keep up with current technology trends in NetSuite to assess and make recommendations on processes, design, and operations.

Position Overview

This role will interface directly with business users to understand requirements, define solution architecture, create technical specifications, design, develop, and implement solutions focused on the NetSuite platform.
