Job summary

TVS Next is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, perform AS-IS and TO-BE analyses, and craft BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business, supply chain, logistics, and technology teams to define data needs, KPIs, dashboards, and reports.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience gathering requirements and stakeholders.
• Hands-on BRD/FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Mapping.
• Strong AS-IS/TO-BE analysis and process improvement.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of data, system integrations, APIs, dashboards, and reporting.

Job description

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.


• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis, identify business gaps, pain points, and process improvement opportunities.


• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Business Rules, Acceptance Criteria, and RTMs.


• Analyze business requirements related to medicine demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, and allocation.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, logistics teams, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.


• Define business data requirements, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements.


• Support UAT, defect tracking, requirement validation, and implementation activities.

What We Seek In You

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.


• Strong experience in Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, and Stakeholder Management.


• Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Mapping.


• Strong understanding of AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis and business process improvement.


• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.


• Good understanding of data, system integrations, APIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.


• Ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical/development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Distribution domains.


• Exposure to GPS, IoT, Real-Time Tracking, and Delivery Management systems.


• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.


• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process/documentation tools.


• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, databases, and dashboards is an added advantage.


• Preferred Engineering background
