Job summary

TazaPay, a trade management platform, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Saket, New Delhi (Work From Office). You will gather, analyze, and visualize data to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions and performance.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in BI, analytics, or related fields. Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tool skills (Superset/Tableau) are required, with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting across corridors and providers.
• Assist Finance with balance, settlement, and ledger reconciliations.
• Build dashboards to monitor fund movements, wallet balances, and float positions.
• Provide analytical input for new product development and operational process optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to align analytics efforts.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with external payment partners to ensure accurate data reconciliation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting, including volumes, revenues, fees, FX margins, and payout costs across corridors and providers.

Assist Finance in balance, settlement, and ledger reconciliations to identify mismatches, delays, or leakage.

Build reports to monitor fund movements, wallet balances, and float positions across partners and internal entities. Build and maintain reports to support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

Provide analytical input for new product development and operational process optimization.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to align analytics efforts with organizational goals.

Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Coordinate with external payment partners to ensure accurate and timely data reconciliation.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.

Skills – Must Have

Strong command over SQL, Excel, and a BI tool (preferably Superset or Tableau).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues in a structured manner.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in reconciliation and regulatory reporting

Experience with payments, fintech, or financial services data

Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n and python to streamline repetitive tasks.
