QualityKiosk is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with treasury, lending, operations, risk and finance teams to translate objectives into actionable requirements. You will map processes, create BRDs and user stories, and ensure data integrity across interfaces.

The role demands strong SQL and data-analysis capabilities, plus experience with API or file-based integrations. If you thrive in a regulated, multi-stakeholder environment, this is for you.

Competenze

• Strong business analysis experience within banking or financial services, with exposure to treasury and lending businesses.
• Good understanding of treasury products and operations including deposits, money markets, FX, fixed income, derivatives, liquidity, settlements, reconciliations and collateral.
• Understanding of lending products lifecycle from origination through servicing and closure for corporate/commercial/institutional lending.
• Knowledge of interest, fees, repayment schedules, accruals, delinquency, restructuring, collateral, covenants and credit approvals.
• Understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office workflows, maker-checker controls, segregation of duties, audit trails, exception management and operational risk controls.
• Experience producing BRDs, functional specs, user stories, use cases, process maps, business rules, data mappings and acceptance criteria.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills to validate transaction data, balances, accounting entries, reports, interfaces and reconciliation outputs.
• Experience with API- or file-based integrations and data flows across treasury, lending, payments, GL, risk, compliance and regulatory reporting systems.
• Hands-on Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, requirements traceability, test management and stakeholder sign-off.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, workshop facilitation, analytical thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with treasury, lending, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, control requirements, and target operating models.

Must Have

• Strong business analysis experience within banking or financial services, with meaningful exposure to both treasury operations and lending businesses.
• Good understanding of treasury products and operations, including deposits, money markets, foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives, liquidity, settlements, confirmations, reconciliations, and collateral.
• Good understanding of corporate, commercial, or institutional lending products and the lending lifecycle from origination through servicing and closure.
• Knowledge of interest, fees, repayment schedules, accruals, delinquency, restructuring, collateral, covenants, limits, and credit approval processes.
• Understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office workflows, maker-checker controls, segregation of duties, audit trails, exception management, and operational risk controls.
• Experience producing business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process maps, business rules, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills, with the ability to validate transaction data, balances, accounting entries, reports, interfaces, and reconciliation outputs.
• Experience with API- or file-based integrations and a sound understanding of data flows among treasury, lending, payments, general ledger, risk, compliance, and regulatory reporting systems.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, requirements traceability, test management, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off.
