About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in business analysis, client management, and technology-driven projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI models and AI tools, along with hands‑on exposure to mobile application development and custom software development projects. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with clients, understanding business requirements, translating them into functional and technical requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional technology teams.

Exposure to the Indian market and Indian business environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Act as a key liaison between clients, business stakeholders, product teams, and technical/development teams.
• Lead and participate in client‑facing meetings, requirement‑gathering sessions, presentations, solution discussions, and project reviews.
• Understand client objectives and translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements.
• Work closely with development, UI/UX, QA, product, and project management teams throughout the SDLC.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of AI models, Generative AI, AI tools, and AI‑enabled business solutions.
• Understand and analyse requirements related to mobile applications and custom software development projects.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for technology‑driven improvements.
• Support solutioning discussions by understanding both business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Manage requirement changes, clarify business and technical ambiguities, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and assist technical teams in ensuring that the final solution meets client expectations.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies, particularly AI, automation, mobile technologies, and custom software solutions.
• Apply knowledge of the Indian market and business landscape when analysing requirements and proposing solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or in a similar role within an IT/software organisation.
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
• Hands‑on experience in preparing BRDs, DFDs, process flows, use cases, and functional requirement documents.
• Strong understanding of IT, software development, SDLC, and technology‑driven business processes.
• Experience working on mobile application development and custom software development projects.
• Practical knowledge and exposure to AI models, Generative AI, and AI tools.
• Proven experience in client‑facing roles, including conducting meetings, requirement discussions, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Strong understanding of how business requirements translate into technical solutions.
• Good understanding of the Indian market and Indian business requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to confidently communicate with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on AI/ML or Generative AI‑based projects.
• Experience in mobile app development projects, including Android/iOS or cross‑platform applications.
• Experience in custom software/product development.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
• Experience working with clients from the Indian market.
• Experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or software solutioning will be an advantage.
