Job summary

FRND is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape, build and ship a distinctive brand identity across campaigns, social, content, events, and digital experiences. You’ll start with ideas and transform them into clear, memorable work that defines how people perceive FRND.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to ensure the brand remains both innovative and cohesive. You’ll own end-to-end design from concept to execution, creating brand systems that stay fresh yet consistent,

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience with a portfolio.
• Strong visual thinking and making abilities.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• High agency and initiative to own projects end-to-end.

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer who can shape, build and ship.

Our brand is evolving, and we want someone who can play a meaningful role in defining what it looks like, feels like and ultimately how people perceive us. You’ll often start with a problem, a thought or a rough idea, and we’ll expect you to turn that into something clear, distinctive and memorable.

You’ll work across brand, campaigns, social, content, events and digital experiences. One day you might be developing a campaign, another day a launch identity, and another figuring out how an idea comes alive on the web.

What you’ll do

• Take ideas from concept to execution, owning the process end to end.
• Build visual identities, campaigns and experiences that make the brand stand out.
• Create across brand, digital, social, motion, web and everything in between.
• Build systems that give the brand consistency without making it feel predictable.
• Experiment with AI, Framer, motion, interaction and new creative tools to push the work further.
• Partner closely with product, marketing, engineering and leadership to get great work shipped.

Who you are

• You’re a strong visual thinker and maker with 4-5 years of experience with a portfolio.
• You care about the details, but you’re equally comfortable zooming out and figuring out the bigger idea.
• You have strong Figma and Adobe skills, and are curious about what happens beyond the canvas, whether that’s motion, web, code or AI.
• Most importantly, you have high agency. You don’t wait for perfect briefs, and you don’t need someone telling you what to do next.
