DigitalBuild, a Singapore-headquartered cloud platform, seeks a Senior BIM Modeler for on-site work in Madurai. Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary BIM models.
• Strong understanding of Architecture and ACS disciplines and interpretation of detailed architectural/structural models.
• Hands-on experience as a Modeler, creating, modifying, and coordinating 3D models and construction documentation.
• Experience with MEP/MEPF systems and integration with architectural/structural models.
• Ability to read and produce precise Construction Drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Familiarity with BIM execution within building/infrastructure projects; exposure to IDD or digital delivery workflows is a plus.
• Proficiency with industry-standard BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and clash coordination tools.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture/Civil/Mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with clear communication.

Role Description

The Senior BIM Modeler (ACS) and Senior BIM Modeler (MEPF), will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining detailed BIM models for architectural, civil, structural (ACS), and MEPF systems in line with project requirements and standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Madurai involves interpreting construction drawings, creating and updating 3D models, and ensuring accurate integration of architectural and MEP elements. The role includes collaborating closely with design and engineering teams, resolving model clashes, and preparing coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and documentation for various project phases. The Senior BIM Modeler will support quality control of models, adhere to BIM execution plans, and contribute to workflow improvements and digital delivery best practices. The role also requires effective communication with project stakeholders to clarify design intent and ensure timely delivery of modeling tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes, with 3 to 4 years of experience managing complex multi-disciplinary models.
• Solid understanding of Architecture and ACS disciplines, including interpretation and development of detailed architectural and structural models.
• Hands-on experience as a Modeler, including creating, modifying, and coordinating 3D models and associated construction documentation.
• Applied knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and MEPF systems, including integration with architectural and structural models.
• Ability to read, interpret, and produce precise Construction Drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Relevant experience in BIM execution within building or infrastructure projects; exposure to IDD or digital delivery workflows is an advantage.
• Proficiency with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent) and familiarity with clash detection and coordination tools.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Very Strong Communication skill is needed.
