Job summary

Shelke Constructions in Pune is seeking a Senior Billing Engineer with 7–12 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying for high-rise projects. You will manage contractor, client, and RA bills, verify BBS quantities, and ensure accurate, timely submissions on site.

You will coordinate with site, planning, QS, contracts and project teams to maintain cost control, prepare rate analyses, and reconcile quantities against BOQ and drawings.

Qualifications

• Billing / quantity surveying experience on major projects.
• Strong exposure to high-rise residential construction.
• Hands-on experience with Mivan aluminium formwork systems.
• Experience with contracting/construction contractor firms.
• Strong knowledge of contractor billing, RA bills and BBS.
• Good understanding of BOQ, measurements and quantity calculations.
• Ability to independently handle billing activities at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify Contractor Bills / RA Bills.
• Prepare and check Client Bills and Subcontractor Bills.
• Measure quantities and reconcile as per site execution.
• Prepare and verify BBS and reinforcement quantities.
• Check drawings, BOQ and site measurements for billing.
• Measure civil, RCC, finishing and other construction activities.
• Prepare Rate Analysis, Quantity Reconciliation & Cost Statements.
• Coordinate with Site, Planning, QS, Contracts and Project Teams.
• Verify subcontractor bills and work measurements.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of bills.
• Identify quantity variations and deviations.
• Maintain billing documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and verification of Contractor Bills / RA Bills
• Preparation and checking of Client Bills and Subcontractor Bills
• Quantity measurement and reconciliation as per site execution
• Preparation and verification of BBS and reinforcement quantities
• Checking drawings, BOQ and site measurements for billing purposes

Preferred Candidates

Candidates currently or previously working with reputed construction contracting companies and having strong exposure to Mivan high‑rise residential projects will be preferred.
