Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior BI Architect to lead enterprise analytics initiatives focused on BI modernization, semantic modeling, and AI-ready solutions. This role requires guiding cross‑functional teams and shaping scalable analytics architectures.

You will mentor global teams, drive innovation through IP and accelerators, and collaborate with data engineering and cloud groups to implement best practices, governance, and robust BI platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in BI/Analytics/Data Platforms.
• Significant experience leading enterprise-scale BI modernization and transformation programs.
• Ownership of semantic layers, metric governance, and BI architecture.
• Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Looker in large-scale deployments.
• Exposure to AI-enabled BI use cases and platforms is strongly preferred.
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working across multiple industries and complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive articulation.
• Structured, outcome-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with distributed global teams.
