Job Overview

Help build, manage, and grow a Business Intelligence center of excellence for Fortune 500 clients. Work closely with internal stakeholders to define vision, develop road‑maps, and deliver BI solutions across Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker and similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale a BI practice, including road‑mapping and execution.
• Stay abreast of market trends, build pilots and proof‑of‑value artifacts for clients.
• Design solution architecture, prepare proposals, RFP responses, and deliver them to clients.
• Perform data analysis, build efficient data and semantic models, and provide actionable insights.
• Create training programs, skill‑upgrade plans, best‑practice standards, and reusable templates.
• Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability.

Technical Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Business Intelligence domain.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following platforms: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ people.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Strong end‑to‑end project management skills for BI development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
