Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Pune, India is seeking a Senior BFA/AVP to lead regulatory reporting initiatives and act as a bridge between Legal, Compliance and technology teams. The role emphasizes governance of regulatory requirements, documentation of BRD/FSDs, and collaboration with industry groups.

The candidate will mentor SMEs, work with product and development teams, and ensure alignment with the bank's end-state architecture while leveraging AI tools to accelerate the requirements gathering

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in Investment Banking with 8 years in regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Dodd-Frank, MIFIR, CSDR, CASS, MSRB etc.
• Understanding of OTC derivatives, and other products.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from regulatory specs and review with Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and identify impacted systems, document BRD and FSDs.
• Engage in Industry Working Groups for updates from regulators and peers.
• Mentor and build SMEs to drive business and functional analyses of regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure implementation aligns with end-state architecture.
