Deutsche Bank AG in Pune invites a Business Transformation Specialist at AVP level to lead multiple squads within Platform Services. You will shape business solutions for transformational programs, translate requirements into functional specs, and ensure timely delivery in complex environments.

You will mentor junior team members, manage stakeholders, and drive process improvements using Agile/Waterfall methods, with a strong emphasis on finance industry compliance and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in product development, business analysis, transformation in finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, KYC/AML, and regulatory contexts.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall; PMP/PgMP/Agile certs are a plus.

Each squad will implement all enhancements and production fixes for Finacle, Document management, IVR, Robotics, Debit card management and all such satellite applications. Fundamental technical understanding of the feasibility of programs or projects.Competence in business analysis, program management, process improvement or transformation, and test management.Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation .Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate workshops, and communicate progress and challenges effectively. Conduct regular product/process updates. Act as a contact point between business departments and CIO area for own scope, coordinating alignment and ensuring traceability of requirements.Develop project/product and change artifacts during the change lifecycle, such as scope, business cases, communication, change‑management or training plans/materials, and oversee execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of business operations.Mentor and guide junior team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional development within product/process contexts.Your skills and experienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) preferred.Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product development, business analysis, process improvement, change management, or consulting roles within the financial services industry.Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments (e.g., KYC, AML, MiFID II, Basel III).Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make data‑driven decisions.Business-fluent English (written and spoken).
