Deutsche Bank AG in Pune (India) seeks a Senior Requirements Engineer to shape web-based commission reporting systems. You will translate business needs into precise requirements, define UI and data mappings, and specify end-to-end integrations with core platforms and internal systems.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise analysis, strong communication, and experience with Agile practices and Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in requirements engineering or business analysis for complex enterprise applications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of incentive, commission, or financial reporting processes.
• Experience with Angular or similar front-end tech, Oracle SQL, and system integration.
• Proficiency with Agile methods, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business needs to translate into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define front-end UI requirements aligned with back-end data structures and SQL mappings.
• Specify integration requirements among front-end portals, SAP FS-ICM, and other systems.
• Support solution design, maintain traceability, manage requirement changes, and assist backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Review test cases and assist users during UAT.
